Shipping conditions

Delivery area We only ship within Switzerland. Orders from abroad cannot currently be processed.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Standard shipping is provided by Swiss Post. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 60 (where offered). For smaller orders, shipping costs range from CHF 3.90 to CHF 7.90, depending on weight and packaging.

Delivery time Delivery usually takes place within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. Postal delays are beyond our control.

Packaging We carefully package our books to ensure they arrive undamaged. We use shipping bags or boxes that provide the necessary protection. Our current priority is secure delivery—we're working on making our packaging more sustainable in the future.

Shipment tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available).

Undeliverable shipments / refusal of acceptance If a shipment is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, the customer will bear all return and additional shipping costs. Redelivery will only be made after prior consultation and payment of the additional shipping fees.

Transport damage Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Externally damaged packages must be reported immediately to the responsible post office and documented. Visible damage to the product must be reported to us via email within 3 business days, along with a photo.
